Installation and Use
Huawei Mobile Partner is not distributed to the public inside a traditional automated installer. Instead, you can download it as a compressed RAR archive that you need to unpack inside any directory on your local storage. Management of RAR files is not supported by default on modern Windows OS, which means you will need to seek 3rd party applications that can handle the manipulation of these (and many other types of) compressed archives.
